You may need to export the product data for different purposes from just being able to review it offline in an excel to sharing it with partners, affiliates. Whatever be the reason, the platform allows you to export the product data into csv format and also allows to publish the product data in the desired format (xml, csv, json) using product feeds.
How do I export products?
Considering the high volume of product data, the export file is prepared in the background and you are sent an email notification when the file is ready.
- From the main navigation, go to Products > View
- Click on Export
- Select the period for which you want to export the products, you want to export the records
- Click on Export
- A confirmation message is displayed and the file is emailed to you shortly.
