• Order List: This segment gives you a view of all your orders. The orders can be exported into an excel sheet. The primary information that this dashboard carries are:

    • Order#
    • Email of the customer
    • Name
    • Date
    • Status
    • Item Count
    • Discount Amount
    • Tax
    • Shipping
    • Grand Total
    • Paid amount

            The default coulmns are totally customizable and you can control the coulmns that you want to display or hide it.
   

  • Discounts: This section of the Analytical dashboard gives you the access of important elements like:
    • Discount KPIs:
      • Total Discounts: Total consumption of the promo code is what this figure tells you about. If you have 10 active promo-codes and 200 people/order have used it to place an order, the total count of the discount would be 200.

      • Attachment Rate: The attach rate is a concept used especially in marketing, to represent the number of units sold as a direct consequence of the promotion. It is often expressed as a sales ratio of primary to secondary units, or as secondary units sold as a percent of primary. Formula: attachment rate = total discounted orders/ total orders

      • Revenue: The revenue generated due to the impact of the promotions.

      • Amount Discounted: The total amount that has been discount because of the use of the promo codes.

      • AOV: What is the average size of an order.

      • Avg Discount Value: What is the average discounted value.

    • Discount Insights: This section gives you a comparison chart of the promo impact year on year basis.

    • Active Discounts: This view lists out all the active promotions within the system with their coupon code, name, usage, amount discounted and sales generated.
