Brand collection lists can be created to merchandise both the brand and sub-brand content. Similar to product collection you can configure it and control how the customer will be able to navigate through the information. A typical user case for Brand List would create a list of premium brands and display them on the home page using the widgets on page builder.
- Go to Collection > Brand Collection
- Click New Collection
- Fill out the details. For more information about various fields, refer to the below table:
Basic Information Name Name of the brand collection. URL This is the URL for the page published on the website. Page Size This is the number of products users want to display on a single page of this collection. Sort by This is the default sort order of the products this collection. Custom Info 1 These are additional fields that can be used for any custom purpose. Custom Info 2 These are additional fields that can be used for any custom purpose. Custom Info 3 These are additional fields that can be used for any custom purpose. Localize Basic localize information to support multi-lingual a collection. Meta Title Used by search engines to help it Index a site. Meta Description Short paragraph of text that describes the content of the page. Meta Keywords 10 to 20 most relevant keywords for a page. Canonical Tags Provide the means to tell search engines which content is the original. Collection Filter This is the criteria on which the products are included in a particular product collection . - Click Preview to see and verify the changes made and then click save.
