  1. Potential Promotion Message:  With the aim of increasing revenue and profitability one effective strategy is to provide a promotional message in the shopping cart that offers upcoming discounts based on the cart value. It would encourage customers to add more items to their shopping cart and take advantage of the available discounts.
  2. Customized Job Orders: Orders that have been personalized or customized are highlighted to stand out from the rest of the orders in the queue. Order listing screen in OMS has been enhanced to identify and prioritize these types of orders. By filtering out these orders, the fulfilment team can easily identify which orders require special attention and prioritize them accordingly. This helps ensure that personalized or customized orders are processed quickly and accurately, which in turn leads to higher customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Commerce Hub

  1. Potential Promotion MessageWe're excited to announce new features and improvements focused on maximizing your website's conversion rate. Our latest release brings enhanced tools and capabilities to help you optimize user experience, increase engagement, and boost conversions. Customers will now see their eligibility for upcoming promotions based on their cart value. When the cart reaches or exceeds the threshold for a promotion, a message will display, informing customers of their eligibility. This help in boosting Conversion Rate Optimization 
    Let's see where you can find it in any promotion below:Use Case example: If there is a 15% discount when the cart subtotal reaches $2500 on outerwear, a message will appear on the cart/checkout page encouraging the customer to add more products to their cart get additional discount of 15%.

  2. Remove All Button: Users can now easily delete all products from a dataset associated with a promotion by clicking just once on the promotion's page.

  3. Toggle Switch for Members: A new toggle switch that allows users to mark promotions as only for members. Users can now create special promotions for members only and reward their membership customers with this new feature.
     

  4. Enhanced Product Collection Display: While visual merchandising any collection there were two challenges found have been addressed in this release. When there are too many products user had to scroll up to on the screen to save the changes and changes did show up on the screen therefore an auto reloads at the time of saving display order has been added. to see display order in last attempt. Also, a new button at the bottom to save the display order to avoid scroll up to the top to save it.

  5. Items in a Lookbook:  With this release we have increased the limit to add stockcodes from 20 to 40. This will support clients to create with more option in a lookbook.

Tailored to Your Needs: Introducing Enhanced Customized Job Orders Personalization or customization of orders can include a variety of different modifications or requests made by the customer, like embroidery, printing, engraving etc. These types of orders require additional attention and care from the fulfilment team, as they often involve extra steps. In this release “Job Order” filter in the orders list has been added to process personalised orders precisely and improve customer experience.  View Job Sheet for orders with customization for locating the order and download the job sheet for further processing.

 In this release added product name in the inventory ageing report for better visibility of products in the warehouse.


Notable bug fixes 

  1. Bar-code already exists error and Brand/category edit issue while updating supplier info into existing stock codes is fixed.
  2. Enabled attribute update for product through bulk upload for more than 150 products from a single file.
  3. Updated Date Format in Page Scheduler
