  1. Third Party SSO: We are excited to announce the introduction of a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature in BetterCommerce! With this latest update, users who log in using GoKwik authentication will no longer be prompted to log in again when accessing BetterCommerce. This improvement eliminates the need for redundant authentication, as the user's credentials have already been verified by a trusted third party.
  2. Channels Specific Shipping Methods: In this release, we have introduced a feature that allows you to customize the display of shipping methods based on the sales channels you use. You now have the flexibility to choose which shipping methods are shown on specific channels, including web, app, physical store, phone orders, and various online marketplaces. This customization empowers you to optimize the shipping experience for each channel and cater to the unique requirements and preferences of your customers.

Commerce Hub

  3. Beautify JSON refund response: To improve the readability and usability of refund responses, we have beautified the JSON refund response format. This update enhances the user experience and simplifies the interpretation of refund data.
  4. Predefined view in RMA screen: In this release added predefined views in the order listing screen specifically for "To be Exchanged" and "To be Refunded" orders. These predefined views provide a convenient and efficient way to filter and access orders that require either exchange or refund processing.
  5. Added more details on the RMA listing and Detail screen: We have improved the display information related to returns in the listing and details screen. RMA details page, you can easily view the amount to be returned, providing you with a clear understanding of the expected refund. Additionally, on the RMA List screen we have added the refunded.
  6. Bulk Order Status Update: With this change now, you can update the order status in bulk which will save time and effort.



PIM

  1. Product Serialization: As we are committed to continuously improving the e-commerce experience for both our business and customers, and the addition of product serialization capabilities is a significant step toward achieving this goal. Now each product unit is assigned with a unique identifier or serial number, ensuring authenticity and traceability throughout the supply chain.
  2. Product Attribute upload for core attributes:  Now you can upload barcode, mpn, gtn,,description,short description and SEO infomation like metatitle, metakeywords, metadescription, Hreflang, canonical Url of a product using product attribute upload feature.
  3. Search functionality in the categories: User can perform searches within the category tree. With this functionality, you can easily navigate and explore the category tree by searching for specific categories or subcategories.
  4. Enhance Product Description and Video Upload Feature: We have introduced the ability to upload product videos and descriptions through bulk upload. This feature allows users to conveniently upload videos on multiple product and corresponding descriptions at once, saving time and effort.
  5. Upload related products from product detail page: To simplify product management, we have introduced the ability to bulk upload related products directly from the product detail page's related products section. This streamlines the process of associating and managing related products, saving time and effort for user.


 API Changes and Updates


  1. Launch date in the API response: With this enhancement, you now have access to the launch dates of various products through our API. This added information will allow you to retrieve and manage product launch dates efficiently, enabling better coordination and planning for your business.
  2. Increff-Replaced unhold API with Update Order API: We have replaced the deprecated Unhold Order API with update Order Properties API
  3. Get collection by slug: Get Collection by Slug API response have been optimized that has significantly improved the speed and efficiency of retrieving collection data using slugs. With the optimized response, you can expect quicker retrieval times, ensuring a seamless experience for your users. Whether you need to fetch collection information for display or perform specific actions based on collection data, this optimization enhances the overall performance of your system, enabling you to provide a more responsive and efficient user experience.
  4. Get collection by collectionId:  API response now includes the filter criteria as well similar to the other API where you retrieve the information of any collection by slug.
